Susan Landsman is a STOTT PILATES ® certified instructor in Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Total Barre, Zenga and Mat. Susan has been teaching Pilates since 2003 and has trained in New York City, Connecticut, Toronto and Florida. Dedicated to providing her clients with the best training, Susan keeps current of the latest developments and research and training methods. She also has completed advanced training in Injuries and Special Populations, the Hip Joint and Shoulder Girdle Stability.
Susan is an accomplished athlete involved in skiing, snow boarding, biking, running, tennis and golf. After trying and participating in a wide variety of exercise disciplines, Susan determined Pilates to be the best exercise for overall toning and conditioning while increasing flexibility and strength and improving posture. She takes pride in watching clients become more efficient at other activities as a result of strengthening and stabilizing their core muscles through Pilates.
Prior to becoming a certified Pilates instructor, Susan worked on Wall St. in NYC and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University in Montreal and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York City. She now calls Sarasota home.
